LEPOARDS

Leopards are really beautiful but difficult big cats to photograph. Not only are they nocturnal animals, so daylight sightings are rear, but their spots also make them difficult to see. Have a look at some of the photos, see how well the leopard blends in with the background. However, like all good things in life, perseverance pays off. I was lucky to get two of my top three leopard photos on the same day in the Kruger National park about about 80 km apart. The first one just before sunrise (leopard in a tree with a kill) and the second one at sunset drinking water.
